[[ CLAP RULES is the new pseudonym of Fabrizio Mammarella, Andrea Gabriele and Max Leggieri: well respected producers-dj-musicians-sound designers experimenting with dance music. In addition to several successful releases, they also boast remixes for major artists like Michoacan, In Flaganti and Etienne De Crecy. The recent album “Golden Hands” is a 10 track Lp moving from melodic songs to dance tracks via experimental tunes showing a deep love for vintage equipment and recording techniques mixed up with a fresh modern approach to what they consider dance music with no boundaries. ]]

CLAUDIO SINATTI is one of the most successful, known and appreciated italian visual artists, renowned both in Italy and abroad. During his rich production in the last ten years he has always had the merit to look at two specific horizons: the commercial production of quality and the most experimental and pioneeristic artistic research. His prestigious career as a video designer and multimedia artist took him right away to sign some of the most important projects in the growth of the experimental live electronics.

BRIOSKI hails from Milan, Italy. He first fell in love with music through early Italo disco compilations, “Mixage”. He started his DJ career with a wide range of influences (hip hop, funk, soul, disco, chicago house & techno) but now his sound edges towards balearic and psychedelic atmospheres, with deep and percussive roots. All of these sounds can be heard through the music he produces: a combination of old school reminiscences, vintage machines, funk bass and his ever present favorite synth, the Roland Model 101.

Classic is for sure the event not to be missed in Milan on Saturdays: this week, the local heroes of the party, The Electricalz, will join Luomo at Tunnel club.

For each facet he has been given a name: Uusitalo, Systolic, Vladislav Delay …
Among them, Luomo is the best known: the house soul of an artist who has explored the boundaries of electronic music, from pure noise to glitch through the broken beat.
In September his new album “Plus” was released after several years of wait, and now we’re all in love with it: it comes with amazing house beats and soulful voices mixed with important basslines and refined sounds.
As Luomo, over the years he has worked with names such as Scissor Sisters, Black Dice, Apparat, Massive Attack, Robert Owens, Ryuichi Sakamoto and many others, he is the percussionist in the Moritz von Oswald trio project, and along with Agf he produced a performance hosted in some of the major manifestations of contemporary art.
This Saturday Classic takes you to discover the sounds of Finland.
